We want SoulPen to feel like an unhurried, soulful daily ritual — and we know that takes a few mornings to settle into. If, for any reason, SoulPen isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No questions, no friction.
How to request a refund
All SoulPen purchases are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
- Email us at contact@soulpen.app and we'll handle it with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a Plus or Pro subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal (the link is included in every Paddle receipt) or by writing to us atcontact@soulpen.app. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Your insights stay in your account.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime access is non-refundable but is, as the name suggests, yours for life.
